Satisfaction Guarantee
No questions asked. Take 30 days after we ship your order to make sure you are satisfied. If not, return any product and we will refund its
purchase price. We’ll also refund shipping costs if the return is due to our error or the product is defective. Credit card purchases will be refunded
by credit card credit. Check purchases will be refunded by check. Returned products must be in original packing complete with warranty card and
owner's manual, and be in original unused condition.
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SOFTWARE AND RECORDED MEDIA - Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media (including videos, DVD's, cassette tapes, etc.) can only be returned if the
manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap has not been opened.

We discount sheet music up to 30% every day, with even higher discounts on many of our other products. If you find a lower price in print on a
product bought here within 30 days of your purchase, just send us a copy of the advertisement and we will refund the difference between our
price (with shipping included) and their price (with comparable shipping included). Qualified competitor advertised products must be factory sealed new
products being sold by an authorized dealer, with prices in US Dollars, advertised in a printed newspaper, magazine or mailed catalog.
Safe Shopping Guarantee Details
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for
any of this $50.00, Sheet Music Plus will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Sheet Music Plus will cover this liability only if the
unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Sheet Music Plus while using the secure
server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and
procedures.
